Cancelling Purchase on Credit Card

Hi All, I would really appreciate some feedback on this matter. 10 days ago I purchased a 6 month online course for £1,799.00. I have since been layed off from work for 2 months with no pay. Before I purchased the online course I spoke to the company about the course and was told I could get a full refund within 28 days if I was not happy with it. At the time of purchase I told them I wouldn't be starting the course for a few weeks and they said no problem, let us know when you want to start and we will get it activated for you. I emailed the Company yesterday and told them I want to cancel as I am currently unemployed due to Coronavirus and they have now told me they will process a refund but I need to pay the payment processor fee's and online course platform fee's. This is totally unfair as I haven't even logged into the online course or looked at any of the content. I have phoned my credit card company about this and they have said I need to get it in writing that I am entitled to a full refund. I told them I spoke to the company on the phone and havent got it in writing. My credit card has said this is something they can not help me with because the service is still available and I have chosen to cancel the service. They said they could of helped me if the service I paid for was not available or not as described in the advertising. Any help really appreciated.
