Survey has been done

my buyer had her own survey carried out on the property. She is a cash buyer, all the searches have been done and I have answered all pre survey enquires. My estate agent knows the buyer has the survey report but she hasn’t contacted her solicitor and it’s been a few days now. Will her solicitor contact her for the survey results or will they just carry on with completion?

The solicitor doesn't need the survey results, they have no interest in them.

Ah ok, thanks. So she will raise any concerns she has to the estate agent and they will contact me to discuss?0

If the survey showed up nothing to concern the buyer, you will probably hear nothing further. If there was something that concerned the buyer, then either they will withdraw, and inform the agent and their solicitor accordingly, or will suggest a reduced price, together with an explanation of why, usually via the agent.
