Thinking about changing to e-on BUT

Hi,
I have had a roller coaster of a ride with Scottish power, mainly due to the amount their computer system whants to set my dd at. This has been going on for 18 months and as a result I ended up in arrears very dull.Anyway I am now on their on-line dual tariff which according to u switch and my usage last yr I should only need to pay £48 per month... However Scottish power want to set my DD at £125 per month!
So I was thinking of going to e-on as they bill monthly not quarterly.
But I need to know if they have Indian call centres? Sorry not very PC but I am SICK of dealing with Indian call centres and its something I really get very stressed about, so anybody know if all E-ons call centres are in the UK?
Debt free and plan on staying that way!!!!

  • Hi,
I can answer this for you as I have just finished speaking to them for the very first time a few minutes ago and nope, no India call centre, it was english :) Lovely lady (called Carly) very helpful & pleasant towards me. I did ask her about the call centre in India and she said nope that finished a year ago.

Compared to British Gas these guys are totally brilliant, so patient :)
