Since my earlier posts, I had an email on 16th April asking if we wanted vouchers or refund - fill in the appropriate basic form attached - I did that same day (all it asks for is name, email, phone & booking ref) - then "We’ll call you back to process the cancellation and organise your refund." - as yet nobody has called!
no Virgin phone number/email provided (as usual)! very frustrating!
I've heard 90/100 days banded around; along with 14 days legal limit.
I am reasonable & dont mind waiting, but they've already had almost £4k of my money for 3 months, I dont fancy waiting another 3 to get it back, especially in light of what's happening at Virgin Atlantic.
