3 Meter reading

I have night storage heaters and presume Im on economy 7 tariff.  My electric company ask for three readings from me as my meter has reading 1 reading 2 and reading 3.
I am being charged two night readings one at 7.2 00p and the other night reading at 16.927. I am then being charged a day reading at 16.927.
I understand that I should have one day rate and one night rate .  Yet my bill does not reflect this .what is the third reading and why is the third reading another day rate.??
I have read that the third reading should be the total of the two and not to be  submitted.  yet the two readings added together do not equal the total used??
I am totally confused as I have not read anywhere that I should be being charged for 3 readings, am I being over charged or doubling up on my usage.
Sorry really confused.
reading as of 9.30pm tonight

Can anyone help please.
Thank you
