Viewing on Friday, to cancel or not?

Hi guys,
We have a viewing on Friday for a perfect house (after we waited 2 weeks to hear we didn't get the last perfect one!) and with all that's going on at the moment we're wondering if we should cancel, or perhaps even they will tomorrow?

Why would you cancel, if it's the perfect house?Mortgage started 2020, aiming to clear 31/12/2029.0

If they are still prepared to continue, and you are not in a vulnerable group and feeling fit and healthy, then crack on.0

In 1975 we looked at a House..
wasn't even perfect.. in fact, the roof was shot, no central heating, and pretty rough elsewhere...
But we leapt..
..and if we'd not done that, in an era when mortgage interest rates were 10-15%... not the 1-3% you'd get now
... I'd really have regretted it,
Now? Us? Minted. Prosperous (in equity terms) Lots of water under the bridge (in fact, a different "We")
So go for it. I never regretted that first buy. Best decision of my life; whic set the tone for lots of brave subsequent purchases; many of which required lots of heavy duty DIY- which translates as "sweat equity"
Nor will you regret that leap... best wishes0 -
You still need somewhere to live in these uncertain times! If you are looking at the perfect house for you to live in, with interest rates as they are I'd crack on. There will always be a cost to live somewhere, so you may as well be paying to live in a house you like!!0

I would take extra precautions - drive there, use hand sanitiser and ask to wash your hands on arrival, stay at least 1m away from whoever shows you round and try to avoid touching anything. wash your hands gain as soon as you get home.
All posts are my personal opinion, not formal advice Always get proper, professional advice (particularly about anything legal!)1
