I am having problems re-claiming,I have sent numerous letters (from templates).. Still refusing to refund
Threatened with court action still refused refund.
Any advise.. What next.. Is it the small claims court

    Always best to think of the ramifications of making a threat. Unless, it is an idle one.

  • Not an idle threat, very serious. Don,t want to be out of pocket. Small claims court very daunting for the inexperienced
