I really wish I’d seen this earlier. I made a claim for Universal Credit after ‘advice’ and now my finances and my tbh my mind has imploded. It was absolutely the wrong thing to do and I’ve got mental health and mobility problems and now I’m really panicking.Spoken to HMRC who just confirmed the stop had been triggered and that I couldn’t restart or reapply for WTC given the government rules on the migration to UC.
i don’t know what to do.0
