It's wrong of you to assume they didn't already take this into account when signing up. The company's t's&c's are clear that you need to make sure you have appropriate insurance cover and permissions. If you're going to continue to rent out the space - you'd definitely be wise to install a CCTV camera covering the area with a hard drive that keeps a reasonable time history. Get the money paid to your neighbour - tell him you're popping up a camera - and that if there's any damage in future - you'll happily review the CCTV and supply the details and footage of anyone that's damaged his property for him to pursue.0
