Hi All any help/advice is very welcome
so im buying and im at the enquirers stage now im in regular contact with my seller who has told me he has answer to all my enquirers but 2 which are

10. Please let us have a copy of the planning permission dated 14/02/2013 under reference B

6. Please let us have a copy of the section 106 agreement dated 1st November 2012 referred to
will the solicitors be ok with out these two or will he insist on this even if i say im not worried about them
the property is a new build completed in 2017 so the vendor is saying he never had this info from 2012 and 2013
we got the NHBC certificate and insurance from back then also which was another quire
and help would be gd thank you

Probably better if you talk to your solicitor rather than directly to the seller. If your seller doesn't have the docs then either of the solicitors can get them from the council.2

They finally finished building the property in 2017 - but the planning permission it was built under may very well date from 2012/2013.
The planning documentation should be available from the local authority.
Yes, if you tell your solicitor that you're cool with that information not being insisted on, he should be happy to let it slide... but remember he also acts for your mortgage lender. If they aren't happy, then you aren't exchanging.1 -
Thank you so much for your replies, its strange he has done all his searches and come up with these question i would agree that this should of come up in the searches i will see what he says once they come back,
with regards to the fact he acts on behalf of the lender is not the case that he just reports back the answer not what he asked im not sure hence why im asking0 -
