You don't.  Just return any post 'not at this address'.

If it is just registered at your address but is not connected to you then as ZX81 says, you do nothing as it isn't yours. However, if there is a CCJ and the person named on it has never lived at your home, you may need to think about how that came about. Has someone set up a false ID at your address perhaps? What is the date of the CCJ? Has there been any attempt to enforce it at your home?

County court Judgement`s are unique to an individual, not an address, in the same way a debt is also unique to an individual, and not an address.

Royal Mail deliver to addresses, not to people, so if you are getting post for someone who does not live there, mark the letters "NOT AT THIS ADDRESS" and pop them back in the post, they will get the message eventually.

Check the Royal Mail website for further help and advice.
