I've had to cancel my hotel, [ both sides of the holiday] and car parking for the duration with the online company [ above]. Firstly their online 0800 number is no longer recognised, then they're only offering 18 months vouchers refunds. If we decide to postpone the trip for a year then they've had our money for all this time and in between time should they go out of business we'd only be unsecured creditors. As there was no reference to vouchers in the original ' cancel for full refund' conditions when we originally booked can we legally pursue for refund to or credit card. Also the company originally said they couldn't do one booking for one night prior , parking for the hoilday duration and one night [ same hotel] after. So we had to one booking [ over £100, second one £62!]
