Hi, looking for advice.
we have two holidays in the next 10 weeks which will almost certainly not happen. If they don’t as we’re unable to leave the country due to covid 19 and the airlines/hotels refund us they will want to refund the card which was used. This is fine as the credit card is still open but it has 0 balance on it. Can you go “in credit” on a credit card and if so, do they transfer the money back to you? One of the holidays was a group one so we do not want to be in credit on the card, we’ll need the cash back to be able give everyone their money back.

thanks!

it is the scenario where they won't get upset about you putting the card into a positive balance. Just phone and ask them to transfer to your bank account.
