Help with accessing Paid To Shop!

Hi guys, looking for some help!! I am a regular PTS-er, but am unable to access the site today - no other probs with my internet. I am on broadband, with virgin media. Can anyone tell me if there is a prob with PTS itself, or can advise me of how to get on the site!! I know you are all lovely friendly people, as many of you came to visit PTS when MSE was down a while back! Thanks in advance!

Have you tried deleting your cookie for PTS?

Also check that your PC time is correct

I suspect this could be a problem with Virgin media. My broadband is with them as well and I also can't access PTS. There seems to be a few other sites I can't currently access including Gmail.

Well its nice to know I'm not alone!!!! Hope Virgin will sort it out.... dont want to ring their premium rate helpline though!!!!

No I don't fancy ringing the helpline either. I notice their service status page mentions broadband problems currently in Leeds, Atherton, Macclesfield & Horwich. I'm in Leeds so could be that.

I am having the same with both Gmail and PTS, and I'm on virgin. Hmmm seems like a server or possibly a dns issue. A case of keep trying

im also on virgin and cant get on pts, havent been able to for hours

pts has been down for me since 2pm
also gmail was down but now ok and royal mail is still down

i'm also thinking maybe a server problem

im nowhere near any of those places so maybe not

PTS friend also on Virgin has just contacted me to say they have phoned Virgin (on the dreaded premium line) and Virgin say there is a problem with being able to access certain sites, & may be another 2/3 hours. Lets see what the morning brings then.....
