insurance due for renewal and Covid19 potential disruption to current plans

Hi folks
My insurance is an annual policy that is due for renewal on 11 April (worldwide cover with Economycover.com, premier plus level). It is not one of the policies currently recommended by MSE for covid19 disruption and I have already got a polar cruise booked for this coming June which I fully expect will be delayed or cancelled (booked last year, paid balance 2/3/2020). The flights were booked separately along with a couple of nights accommodation when I initially booked the trip. The question I have is should I switch insurers to the one recommended by MSE (Lloyds) and would this cover me for trips already booked?
