Hi,

I booked a holiday package through Expedia for 13th-15th march which got cancelled.
I have received my flights refund direct through easy jet which provided a very efficient service. .
I have tried several times to get through to Expedia being on hold for hours to discuss refund for the hotel. The hotel on the site states to be not cancellation. However as this was cancelled under the advise of the government am i covered for a refund on this basis?

What has your travel insurance provider said?

The hotel was there and usable, it is not the fault of the hotel you couldn't get there.
