Hi - had anyone managed to get through to Hotels.com?
Their numbers seem to be down and I can't see any other way to get through to them other than their chat facility which says an agent will speak in six hours.
Trying to get a refund on a hotel.

Been trying all morning - their phone numbers (from their website) do not work either.Chat function just says "all agents busy". I smell a very large rat - they were happy enough to take my money.0

I mean they will have tens of thousands of people trying to contact them, its not actually beyond the realms of impossibility they MIGHT actually be busy, is it?0
