On what date does the 30 days end?

I know it should be easy but i need to know for sure.
My wife and I are due to fly out to Dubai. We travel out Thursday 16th April and I think the FCO info on 30 days travel restriction just applies (we are just within the 30 days). My wife thinks it isn't within the 30 days, as in the ban ends Thursday 16th April. 
I need to know so that I can use the FCO no unnecessary travel info, so we can cancel and claim from my insurance. We do not want to move the date with Emirates, we want the money back and wait and see.

I'd say there's a good chance the 30 days will be extended on a rolling basis until the end of this. I don't currently see an end date

I'd agree with your wife.  If day one is 17th March then day 30 is 15th April.  However, as Browntoa says, the 30 days may be extended.

Ok thanks for that info, I was hoping to move with this now.
However if it doesn't yet apply to me I will have to wait and hope they announce an extension of the 30 days a bit before we are due to fly.
