    No, paying the settlement amount on a PCP sees the car returned to the owner - the financier.
    What on earth are you talking about. Settling the finance or withdrawing will have the same effect the finance agreement is paid off and the OP becomes the owner. How can you not know this. And further to your other post a PCP is just another form of HP.

    Adrian usually provides very good advice, but I suspect he is just confusing PCP with PCH in this instance. Not a problem, we all have our moments!

    Quite easily done as many/most people treat PCPs as PCH...
