I have received an email stating their reasoning which I have quoted above, I am just wondering is it worth the fight by me contacting the ombudsman or am I wasting my time due to it being stipulated in the terms and conditions?Life__Goes__On said:Have they given you anything in writing?0 -

I see two possible routes, first that exclusions are too broad a range, the second is were you lead to believe you were covered for everything when you bought the insurance (missold)
Personally I would go to the Ombudsman , as it's neutral decision and it's free, so only loss is time.
New User name as MSE gave me a number in my old one.
