Hi,
I wonder if anyone can help. I was due to fly out today on a fight & hotel holiday with last-minute.com to Alicante. The FCO has cancelled all but rescue flights to Spain. They emailed 2 days ago to say I would get a voucher refund if this happened but now all emails have ceased. The website says not to phone, which I appreciate due to high level of calls ref Covid19 but if I don't claim within 7 days it says I'm no longer entitled. There is no last-minute.com email on their website and my account area will not let me modify the booking as the flight was this morning. Does anyone know how to contact them. The airlines say I need to claim via last-minute.com. Any help great appreciated.

Yes I’ve just waited over half an hour in a queue & spoken to customer care at last minute.com. They gave me the following email address: customercare@lastminute.com. Good luck.0
