Magic breaks Disney + Eurostar

Hi, we booked a holiday for the family to Disney Paris for early May, via magic breaks, which included travel via Eurostar. We called magic breaks to discuss our options in case the park remains shut, or travel is disrupted, which seems likely. We were surprised to be told that although we could request a refund for the Disney package, we would not be able to get a refund on the Eurostar costs, and also that we would not be able to contact them , as it was booked via magic breaks the agent. It would seem that if we were to cancel we would loose out on the travel costs, which seems unfair as it was booked and paid for as a package.
Any advice would be most appreciated.
