Malaysia Airlines - UK to KL - coronavirus

Hi there,
Is anyone able to contact Malaysia Airlines? Having no luck at all

We are due to fly to KL from London and on to Bali in early April - totally accept that is not happening. Malaysia is denying entry to foreign nationals and the UK FCO advice is advising against travel to both KL and Bali.
However, the MAS flight seems to still be running from London to KL. I cannot get through to MAS and their online refund application process only extends to flights which have been cancelled. Surely this will be cancelled very soon?
