A friend of mine is now in 14 day isolation. This could be extended if his partner and children develop symptoms.
As he is self employed, he has had to claim ESA and has no idea when he will get paid. This has led him to money worries and he contacted YE today, to see if he could have a one month payment holiday, by which time his benefits should hopefully be sorted. It was no problem and his next payment is due in May.
The other companies he contacted also allowed him to have a payment holiday, except his household insurance Endsleigh.
So if any one from YE is on here, can I say a big thank you. Should Endsleigh read this, I think you have lost a customer in June.
