Wine tasting in Spain

Hi,
We have booked and paid for a wine tasting thing for our trip to Spain. Our trip has been cancelled. While Spainish cafes, bars, restaurants are all shut. The vineyard is willing to offer a voucher but won't offer a refund (despite not being able to supply the service we paid for, right?...). Do we have any right to a refund in this regard?
Thanks,
Ed

Ok but there's no regulation that says a company (that is forced to close) has to offer a refund?0
