Santander relaxing login credentials.

Hi,
I notice that Santander have relaxed the login details needed for logging in to banking, whereas RBS group have tightened then up.
All Santander need now it seems is a user id and pin, a lowering of security or not, do you think?

You can't transact to a new external ac without an OTP.0
