Having second thoughts on purchas e

I have sold my house and have been in a rental property for a year. We have finally found a property that we both like. We put an offer in and has been accepted. I'm really starting to have second thoughts. We have over 50% deposit. I've scoured the forums and news and I'm convinced we should pull out. Unfortunately my partner thinks we should buy it as it's our forever home. Should I buy or pull out?

Waiting for the survey. Roofs not great. I'm more worried about the market conditions.0

If it's your forever home, the market conditions won't affect you once you've bought.
Or is it job uncertainty? In which case, you'd be wise to either wait, or get appropriate income protection.
Sort the roof out though.1 -
Wait for the survey and see what it says, as ZX81 has said, its your forever home so don't worry about the market conditions.0
