To pay or not...

I booked a non refundable hotel for a trip to Krakow on Hotels.com ( EasyJet have cancelled the flights and offered refund ).
When I booked I took the option to pay interest free over 3 instalments through Klarna. So far I’ve paid 2. The third is due in April.
I am thinking about cancelling the credit card ( Virgin Atlantic MasterCard ) so they don’t get any more cash ‘for nothing’ out of me.
Is this a good/bad idea? Or should I let the 3rd payment go through and go down the charge back route ?
Any advice would be gratefully received.

Why would you cancel the payment and risk them taking action against you when they're willing to refund you? Are you suggesting it's a good idea to try and "steal" the third payment to them once they've refunded you?
Just make the final payment and get the refund.1 -
The hotel booking is non refundable unfortunately.0

Witholding or obstructing payment will cause you more hastle than it's worth. If we are unable to take the outstanding amount on the third instalment we may invoice you the remaining amount for immediate payment or follow our debt collection procedures where you will have to pay all reasonable costs incurred by Klarna and/or the debt collection agency.
If your card is cancelled you will immediately pay us all the remaining payments when we ask you to
