Is this the magic key thing? we are with green, or at least one of the various green energy companies. Apparently there is a problem with their software and BT email accounts so that the magic key isn't emailed. I went on chat and gave them my meter readings, they also emailed me a pdf of the bill. HTH0

BT email accounts always seem to be an issue with anything that may include mass-email or anything else similar. BT servers pick it up and then block anything from that domain.
AOL had similar issues.
Have you tried downloading the app and using that (if you have a smart device) - you can chat online on it and download statements as PDF (which you can then email to yourself)0 -
Thanks for the replies but I don't have a BT email account and don't have a smart phone to download app. Website still doesn't work and still no reply to my email so not sure how to contact them.

Try a different browser, accept cookies and don't use an adblocker.
