Sorry it’s category is wrong couldn’t find one for this.
I’m a single mum and work for a catering company but based in a large school kitchen so Work term time hours. With the threat of school closures likely soon due to the coronavirus my employers today couldn’t tell me if I will be paid during any closures so I want to know if this sounds right as I need my wages to pay my rent and bills . We’ve had snow days over the years and they’ve paid us for those as it’s not my fault the place is closed.
Any helpful feedback appreciated.
