low shower pressure

Hi
We cannot use our shower in the morning as the low pressure light is on and the water is freezing! My husband thinks it is something to do with the water pressure outside. Does anyone have any solutions. It is fine in the evenings.
Thanks

I assume you mean an electric shower?
Is the pressure from the taps low as well? Where does the feed to the shower come from? Off the cold feed to bath/basin?
Mine was cold at one stage and I traced the fault to the stop tap not being fully open thanks to the helpful people at shower doc. Have you had the water turned off recently? Either stop tap or isolating valve?0 -
if its elec then you should have a direct cold mains feed to shower if not then this may be the prob, investigate from here0

if it is the pressure from outside then no surprise there.
pressure is usually less in the mornings due to use by everybody else doing the same thing at the same time.
answer is to have a shower last thing at night or get up very early!Get some gorm.0 -
Ours is like that in the week but it's because we're on a shared main. We asked the water board and we have a shared feed with 3 other houses - all with big families, consequently there isn't enough water left for the pressure to switch the shower on!0
