Nationwide Packaged Bank Account Travel Insurance - Change To Their Definition Of Cruise

Nationwide recently changed its travel insurance offering. I was surprised that the cruise cover (which is included or cover can be enhanced to include for example missed ports for an additional payment) now only covers you if your cruise company is a CLIA (Cruise Lines International Association) member i.e they define cruise in a way to specify that this is required. This is unusual in that it does not appear to be the case with other packaged insurance or stand alone that I can find. Many large companies are CLIA members but Hurtigruten (who I use regularly) and other smaller well known companies are not members. Nationwide simply said their underwriters had decided on this new definition. This now means either a change to another packaged insurance or one off for a non CLIA member cruise for me or anyone wanting this cover. Btw an already booked cruise prior to the change was accepted as covered. Is everyone aware of this and has anyone been caught out by this change?
