 British Airways customer Care along with any of the alternative numbers are obviously jammed - you get through and when you are told to wait and your call will be answered, you hear the music along with the mans voice over saying about asking for additional services then it cuts you off. By the time you get to this bit you've already spent 7p and gone into the second minute so more like 14p to be cut off. I've tried changing my booking or getting the vouchers but it just says we cant change your booking online - please call customer services,  
I totally appreciate that they must be rammo with callers - does anyone know if they have any alternative numbers they've been successful with - thanks
