Prize holiday cancelled due to covid 19

My wife and I were lucky enough to win a safari holiday to Kenya with Kuoni. Kenya have now stated no flights in for 30 days covering our planned arrival time, therefore cancelling our holiday. FCO have also advised do not travel there. My question is where do I stand with my rights to re-book etc. given that we have only really paid for incidental costs like jabs and malaria tablets.

If organised with Kuoni, they should be able to advise re re-booking options1

We have tried speaking to them but they have been fairly unhelpful saying that they are busy at the moment. We were meant to be going in 2 weeks, I just wanted to know if anyone had ever heard of this sort of thing before to have a little info before we sit down with them.0

Just talk to them when they can. They'll undoubtedly rearrange it for you.0
