Pay the balance for my holiday with TUI

Hi,
I am due to pay the balance for my holiday tomorrow with TUI. They have now suspended all package holidays. Can I legally defer my payment until they know more as the holiday isn't till June. Why should they benefit from my money with no guarantee of a holiday?

No you cannot. Don't pay the balance tomorrow and you will lose your deposit, arguing the toss with them on this is pointless (even assuming you can get through)

Pay the balance. In the event of cancellation you get everything back.  If you choose to ignore this advice, don't come back on here in a few weeks bemoaning you have lost it.

The final balance for my Tui package in June was due last week.  I’ve paid in full and I’m remaining optimistic that we will be able to travel.  My other Tui package already fully paid for Easter looks extremely doubtful but I’ve yet to get confirmation from Tui.  It’s a waiting game.
