Morning, has anyone who has claimed with slater and Gordon for the emissions scandal heard anything recently or how the case is going ? Tried emailing them and heard nothing back since the new year ?

The initial trial (to decide various points of law) started in December, with judgement expected this spring. So you wouldn't expect any update. If VAG lose that, then the trials to determine liability and damages aren't expected until next year.
