Disneyland Paris - cancellations

hi I booked tickets through Attractiontix but as the park is now closed due to Coronavirus we can’t of course go. They are saying that they can’t refund all, only 80%, or we can rebook for date before 30 September. We cannot rebook as we cannot go to Paris before 30 September.

are they allowed to not offer a full refund? Given that they cannot honour the contract for the date we had booked? All other providers look to be offering full refunds.

I would think you are surely entitled to a full refund. Is it maybe possible that 20% of the price was a booking fee for the agent Attractiontix - maybe this is non refundable in any circumstance.

You need to look at their booking conditions, this is the problem with third party agents, they need to make a profit and I suspect you may find out that the 20% is their fee to process the refund from Disney.
