Please help!

I’m a first time buyer, completed 7 months ago. Straight away contacted management company to sort payment and was told they were still waiting on forms from the completion before they could do anything. I have contacted my solicitor to be told they have done everything they needed and that the hold up is the sellers solicitor who they are waiting for stock transfer form and lost share
indemnity form.  My solicitor is basically washing his hands if it and can not be bothered I put in a complaint and he said I can’t because he’s done everything and management company are ignoring me.

Someone please help I don’t know what to do next?
How is this ever going to be sorted if the sellers solicitor won’t send these and my solicitor won’t help?
X

Contact the seller.  Warn them that the man co will be chasing them for payments if their solicitor continues to fail to register the change of ownership.
