Web pages not responding

Hi. I have a Lenovo 330s laptop running windows 10. I recently had this machine reset to factory state and seemed ok.. Took it back to the shop but it had closed.
I now have this laptop displaying "not responding and recover web page" each time I read news pages like MSN or national papers. I have been introduced to facebook just to keep in contact with people I seldom see any more. When I get so far down the screen I am prompted by this message, when I click on recover web page it logs me out, same on twitter.
I now can't access Microsoft solitaire collection.  The sound also seems distorted when I start it up and when I play music via I tunes and youtube.
Just wondered if anyone can shed some light as to the problems I am having.
