Credit card product change from bank & credit report

Options
Hi,

In October I changed my Lloyds TSB Classic Mastercard to their new Airmiles Duo. So my Classic Mastercard is closed, and my Airmiles Duo account is up and running.

Today I checked my Experian & Equifax credit report (still in their one month trial), and both shows that my LTSB credit card is settled. However, the Airmiles Duo does not show up.

1. It is something that will just happen in the future?

2. In the future, if I were to fill in a form when applying for a new card "How long have you had this card for?" should I count from Oct 2007, or from May 2007 (the month when I got my Classic mastercard?)

I'm going to cancel the one-month trial with Experian & Equifax in the next few days, so will really love to know.

Thanks!
