Advice please on iva

Hi I finished my 5 year iva in January the payments have stopped but aperture still not contacted me regarding equity release or loan my payments were 119 a month so taking a  loan can not cost me more than 59.50 is this possible. I am 48 so probably 19 years before retirement and 11 years left on mortgage now would it be 19 years they would spread the loan over or 11

No. In fact over 5 years only time they were in contact was for the annual review and one year they didn't bother

As things stand you will still be on the register as 'current' - your credit file will show the IVA for 6 years from when it started.
What's the downside in doing nothing? At least for a bit.
Is there a particular reason you need to be out of this?

Basically just want to get on with my life in your opinion or anyone else what are the chances of me to remortgage or get a loan. Or if I do another year should I save the payments

In which case I suggest getting in touch with your IP.

Some possible reasons why you've not heard
    - they are understaffed and simply haven't got round to dealing with you
    - you've paid 100% of debts and fees, they're just getting round to doing a completion cert
    - they're awaiting PPI (might trigger point above)
    - they've sent you something re remortgaging or annual review but it's lost in post
    - they've emailed you re above but got caught in spam filter
    - they've got backlog of remortgage cases and are awaiting a mortgage specialist timeslot

We've got no way of knowing, IVAs arent all the same, and there's 5 years of interaction with IP in your case
