Is it a crack?

Hello everyone,

I am about to buy a house, all approved so we are just awaiting as it is a chain.
Today we went to view the house again and I noticed that the house attached to it has something that looks like a crack. No idea.
We asked to do the basic evaluation and they have not spotted anything wrong with the house.
Anyone able to shed some light please?

Thank you

Difficult to see from photo.  I have known dangling aerial leads be mistaken for cracks in photos.
Have you seen the crack first hand?   Surely you can tell if it is a crack or not?  What shape is it?  Vertical, horizontal, diagonal, following mortar, through bricks?  Give us some clues at least.

    I don't know what you're referring to.

I can tell you that they either they had a leaky gutter for a while.  Maybe they still do.

Other than that, I see wires.    Cracks don't tend to follow straight lines.

House appears to have pre-cast concrete gutters - If so don't touch it.

Yes, I heard that pre cast concrete are not good, which is now making me uncomfortable as it can cause a lot o troubles including creating condensation to the interior of the house. I guess it is to late now

Don't bother posting another picture. If you are concerned about structural problems, use your time profitably  to go back there with a professional. You have had a full survey, haven't you?
