British Gas "Our offices are now closed"

Has anyone been able to call British Gas customer services recently?  I tried calling on Friday around 17:30 and again today (Saturday) around 14:30 and just get a message saying "Our offices are now closed".
I'm guessing this is because of the corona virus stuff, but you'd think they'd put up a notice on their website or announce it on twitter if they've closed their offices.

    Initially the call does say they are closed, but wait out all of the chaff and you will get through to someone.

    Just tried again, and if I wait, I just get an automated response asking if I'd like a text with the link to the website, then it just ends the call.  There doesn't seem to be any way to speak to a human just now.
    The online chat isn't connecting to humans either - it's just an automated bot that just takes you various pages on the website :neutral:
