How to change an address for an old person

My mother-in-law has recently moved in with us she has limited mobility so we have been unable to find a local branch of Barclays that has parking near by so that she can go in & change her bank details, she has tried to set up phone & online banking but although she has a redirection in place the pass codes for these have not yet turned up. We have now found out she has terminal lung cancer so is on short time & confined to home whilst the Coronavirus is going on, how the hell can we get her bank details changed so she can sort out her finances it takes about 10 weeks to sort out a power of attorney & I’m not sure she’s got that long

Ask them for a form and take it in on her behalf. Another bank allowed me to do that for someone who couldn't get there due to illness, as they can check the signatures match on their systems.
