You've only got case law, no photos of lack of signs plonked near the bins or in a dark corner; no scan of your permit or your tenancy agreement is listed as an exhibit?    You also need a contents page or Index for the Judge and every page numbered, and your WS should be in Times New Roman 11 or 12 and 1.5 line-spaced (look at their WS, same line-spacing).

YOU NEED THAT PERMIT. NO, YOU CAN'T ADD IT LATER.  GET A COPY RIGHT NOW, EMAILED OVER TO YOU.

Estate agents dont have the permits they've been handed over to the new tenants, i have the images the claimant has used or an image of the guest permit but it is different to the one displayed

Go and knock on the door and ask to take a socially distanced photo of the permit in their hand, or in their car window.

Explain why, and warn them to be careful.  They will be grateful.

Do this even if it means your WS & evidence is emailed tonight and not by 4pm.  After all you are emailing it not delivering printed copies.

Yes, take some more as well when you go back there this afternoon.  Take some that show a lack of signage and dark corners, and whole views with no sign in sight.

DELAY YOUR WS TILL TONIGHT TO GET THESE IMAGES AND THE PERMIT (OR A PERMIT).

I managed to get a picture of the permit
Should I date stamp the pictures i took today? with it being past the deadline time

Today's date on an image probably won't be of much value as it only shows what is in force now, not what was in force at the time.
Dates/wording on the permit itself will have most value, plus a statement from you saying it is a true document. You are a witness so anything you say has weight when a statement of truth is attached.
