Hermes Phone number?

Please, has anyone got a phone number for Hermes Customer Service (not premium)
I am going round in circles trying to find how to contact them other than the waste of time webchat.

line automated initially but if you stick with it then you get option to speak to someone - used it myself this morning so it does work

I have done that several times but it just hangs up.  Did you still give tracking number they asked for or stay silent.  I have done both and no other options came up.
What do you mean "stick with it"
