Excel Parking PCN
Having looked at the blue template,Excel seem to have a lot of the paragraphs covered i.e VNRs of entry an exit times (over 9 hours), plus a 'contravention reasoning ' in that no payment had been made.
All signage regarding £100.00 charge seem to be in place
Is it worth me appealing ?

Yes if you want to create a paper trail for court
Do not expect any appeal to be accepted however
It's pay or fight , eventually fight can mean court , so understand that from the outset1 -
Of course it is worth appealin, nine times out of ten these tickets are scams. Also consider complaining to your MP., it can cause the scammer extra costs and work, and in some cases, cancellation.
Parliament is well aware of the MO of these private parking companies, many of whom are former clampers, and on 15th March 2019 a Bill was enacted to curb the excesses of these shysters. Codes of Practice are being drawn up, an independent appeals service will be set up, and access to the DVLA's date base more rigorously policed, persistent offenders denied access to the DVLA database and unable to operate.
Hopefully life will become impossible for the worst of these scammers, but until this is done you should still complain to your MP, citing the new legislation.

Just as the clampers were finally closed down, so hopefully will many of these Private Parking Companies.

What do you mean !!!!!? Have you not read the newbies threads?
This is not a fine, it is an invoice from an ex-clamper. You owe them nothing unless they take your to court, win, and a judge orders you to pay.. From what you have told us that is unlikely. Judges are well aware of these scam breach of contract claims.Nine times out of ten these tickets are scams, so consider complaining to your MP., it can cause the scammer extra costs and work, and in some cases, cancellation.

Are you absolutely certain that the app was not faulty, that the signage is actually adequate and capable of forming a contract with a motorist, that it is not forbidding signage, that signage and all documentation is from Excel as opposed to VCS (a mistake they often make) that the scammers have a valid contract with the landowner signed in accordance with the Companies Act 2006 (which they often don't), and the NTK is PoFA compliant?
The latter is the first thing to check, followed by a landowner complaint.
You should also complain to your MP about this unregulated scam.
