Do i really need more insurance re covid 19

Hi. We're travel to zante in August and have travel insurance that will not cover us if the holiday is cancelled due to covid 19. But they say we'd be covered if when we're there we get ill or have to be quarantined. Also booked to go to the Dominican Republic in September. That travel insurance  say were not covered for covid 19 either. Incidentally both were booked early last year.  Now I can get cover with the
co-op for around £300 for both that does cover for cancellation through covid 19. But both holidays are package holidays one with jet2 and the other with love holidays. Jet2 says if it's cancelled due to FCO restricting travel they would refund the cost & or offer an alternative. So do I really need to buy another insurance to cover covid 19. Or am I missing the obvious
