Pressure washer advice

I am thinking of buying a pressure washer to clean up my driveway, patio and garden walls. Looking at B & Q as I have some vouchers. I have never had one before and don't know what I am looking for. If the cheaper end of the pricing any good? Do I need to buy a hose too? Any recommendations or advice please?

You will need a hose to connect it to a tap, the washer won't come with one of those
what sort of drive is it ? - if its brick blocks, there will be a good chance you will wash most/a lot of the sand out of the joints
The patio cleaner heads can be good for a quick go over but they do reduce the effectiveness, so still might need to go over again with just the jet on teh stubborn stuff1 -
Really just buy the best you can afford in terms of operating pressure and flow rate.I would go with the Stanley 1.8KW if your sticking with B and Q.Personally i don't believe Karcher are worth the premium.1

I have a Karcher (my 2nd) & a T-racer, it's brilliant on the patio. A mid range is fine for most people.Tall, dark & handsome. Well two out of three ain't bad.1
