Euro Disney contact problems

Can anyone advise me how to get someone to answer the phone at Euro disney Paris.
I have attempted to call last 3 days and had to give up after approx 40 mins hold on each attempt.
I have sent four emails and had nothing back concerning an up coming trip with them in June.
Numbers tried 08448 008 898, 08448008111,03301231644.
I am trying to pay balance on the holiday which i've been advised to do by insurers Virgin Money which will mean i'm fully covered if anything happens regarding covid 19.
Disney Paris websites online payments facility is not operational at present which gain stops me paying in full.
Balance is due by april 4th and again Virgin have stated if FCO announce no travel to France then again im not covered if balance isn't paid in full.
Any advice or tips to contact much appreciated

The advice you are getting from your insurers appears to be nonsense. If you are forced to cancel you get back what you have paid, a deposit if that is all and the full amount if that has been paid. There is no need to pay three weeks in advance and frankly, I suspect that Disneyland Paris may be about to close, the one in Los Angeles has already done so, Orlando is closing at the beginning of next week, so I would do nothing at present.0

Disneyland Paris is closed from today0

I wonder if something slightly misunderstood or lost in translation.
Perhaps what the insurance company was trying to convey was the importance of paying the balance if due to the holiday operator. You don’t need to pay more in advance but if a payment is due this would need to be paid as otherwise the holiday operator might cancel the booking with loss of your deposit simply due to the non-payment.1
